IG-SR102 is designed with longitudinal/cross/vertical counter-balanced double table and crank motion mechanism to provide high-speed reciprocating grinding (applied for patent and utility model).

IG-SR102 is designed to allow quick acceleration of the grinding wheel on work-piece both at its grinding start and end with resultant reduction in load on the wheel grains at both ends of the work-piece, causing no heat, crack, burn and warp in it (as part of the characteristic features of the crank motion mechanism).

IG-SR102 is designed with a special crank to drive the balance weight and a flat belt to drive the table, providing for fixed-position reciprocation and no vibration, making it suitable for end curvature/both-end blocked groove grinding.

IG-SR102 is designed to allow the overrun to be reduced to "0" or an extremely small level with a resultant decrease in the speed of collision between the work-piece and grinding wheel, helping prevent removal of the wheel grains. The machine causes the grinding wheel to be subjected to no micro-vibration with little load on the wheel grains, allowing great reduction in wear on the wheel and its dress frequency.

IG-SR102 is designed to use hand-wheel handle for positioning, followed by its easy-to-perform NC program input, readily accommodating both mass production and single-item production.

IG-SR102 is designed with water spray, dust collector and paper filter compact-built into its main body unit as standard equipment, allowing its space-saving installation. The machine's main body unit constitutes large-capacity grinding fluid tank (80litters), which protects it against vibration, ensuring its stable grinding operation. The filter paper built into the machine as standard equipment serves to filter air through its dry portion before discharging the air, while providing indication of the extent to which it is clogged.
